Grants Payroll Journal Entries

In order to meet payroll and year-end closing deadlines all Personnel Action Forms that will require a Journal Entry prior to June 30, 2004 Fiscal Year close must be in our office by June 1, 2004. Please have the Principal Investigators process any PA's and allow time for appropriate signatures so we can meet the year end deadlines.

We are current on the FRS Grant Account numbers based on the paperwork we have received from the Office of Research. If you need an account number for a Personnel Action Form prior to June 30, 2004 please forward me a departmental guarantee and I will set up an account number. The departmental guarantee form can be printed off our website at http://GrantsAccounting.utoledo.edu
